TOP SCORER – Aphiwe Dyanti the top point scorer, who would have thought?

  1. Damian Willemse(STO) – injured so early in the match and had a great first game.
  2. Scott Higgenbottom(RED) – Newly appointed Captain of the Reds, sees Red in his first game, leading from the sidelines, a terrible start as the shoulder charge was so blatant.

POOREST PERFORMER – Scott Higgenbottom(RED) –15 points…

What has round 2 taught us:

  1. McKenzie(CHIEFS) was a banker even at 10 with 62 points a safe captain. He made mistakes but still gets so involved, probably in some places where he should not but its great for fantasy points.
  2. Both the Bulls locks killed it to my surprise. I was not event considering them against the not-so-mighty Hurricanes. If you had either of them well done!
  3. Izzy only made 70 points and proved his worth, the guy can be sitting on 15 and make 1 run and score and he’ll go up to 45-50 easily. FANTASY GOD!
  4. The Sunwolves had the best outside back and if he’s keeping Yamada out of the starting line-up this unknown is definitely someone to watch. They played well against an experience Brumbies team.
  5. Aphiwe Dyanti(LIONS), I mean WOW, I had him on my bench and had to sub Laumapie out as he did so well. This guy could be the next Springbok Winger, a sick step and was good on defense too…  He was 112K to start with, the wonder kid pick for week 2 of Fox Fantasy Rugby 2018.
  6. Who needs Fekitou when you have Rob Thompson? He was majestic and if he can keep that up, it’s All Black time for him.
  7. Always and I mean always check the starting line-ups.
  8. The Top scoring centre scored more points than the OBKs although he does actually play as a OBK. Look out for these/
  9. Akira looked sharp and hungry for work.  This might be his break-out season and he’s still priced pretty cheaply.
